PS Solutions Foundation:
Our 501c3 Foundation was created in 2012 to encourage young girls to develop an interest in software engineering and consider careers in computer science and/or computer programming. We greatly support and encourage kids of all ages to learn how to code. Some incredible and fun learning resoures are Alice and Scratch .

Joe Merilli, Managing Partner
Joe is a founding principal of PS Solutions, where he leads a dedicated team of software developers and IT professionals. Joe applies his more than 35 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles to solving client companies’ technology and HR problems. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Penn State University and is head coach of the women’s softball team at Penn State Altoona.
Wayne Hippo, Managing Partner
After representing staffing companies for 15 years, Wayne co-founded PS Solutions. It became clear that there was an opportunity to solve the technology talent drain by bringing software jobs to non-traditional locations. Wayne is responsible for business development and strategic planning for PS Solutions, and managing the Carolinas office. He also served as Mayor of the City of Altoona, PA and served two terms as Altoona City Councilman. He earned his BS in Finance from Penn State University, and JD from George Washington Law School.
